Title: Cillit Bang
Label: Nukleuz
Release Date: 8th January 2007
Heard this about a year ago on my 15yr old Nephews I-Pod in the form of a belting brain shaking hardcore remix using Barry Scott clips from the advert that claims to remove all lime scale and rust! It was so hilarious, instantly I imagined many a fiesta cruising the UK streets with Barry Scott pumping out from their 40 watt halford’s speakers. Well surprisingly it’s undergone a credible house remix by Christian Hoff and he’s turned this cheeky amusing record into a filthy house monster and if you want Barry Scott fear not there’s vocal and instrumental mixes included. Check out this website for more info and to order yourself a copy www.cillitbangremix.com (Matt Vinyl 4/5)

Title: Seven Days And One Week
Label: Vendetta
Release Date: Out Now
Wally Lopez carries on from his smash hit remix of David Guetta’s
‘Just A Little More Love’ with a remix of a club classic,
German trio BBE’s Seven Days and One Week. Before you start
yawning and stop reading I must say although this trend for remixing
rather than creating an original sound can get a bit annoying
at least Lopez has picked a fantastic track to start with in contrast
to the constant mediocre offerings of late. Once a classic, always
a classic and with this tribal sounding remix the track still
sounds as fresh and cool as it did originally, worth a listen
for sentimental value at least. (Matt Vinyl 3/5)

I’m sure you don’t need to tell me you how good

time round. Vocals have been re-recorded but sound very much the
same. Supported by Tongy and the Drum’n’Bass remix
on the flip side is definitely worth a mention aswell.
